What happens after I purchase e-Speaking?
Once your order has been processed you will receive two email messages:
- A Thank you, you've paid message from www.paypal.com.
- e-Speaking Unlock Instructions which may take a day to be sent since this step is manually done.
What do I do with the Release Code you sent me?
When e-Speaking starts, press the Activate menu item from the File menu. At the License Configuration window, paste the Release Code into the Key fields and press continue.
How many times can I install the program?
You can download and install the e-Speaking program on as many computers as you want. However, each installation will create a unique "Product ID" which is used for licensing to Add commands. If you need to purchase licenses for additional computers, please click

What do I do if I lose my Release Codes?
Your records are saved in our database. You can generate another Release Code whenever need it at the e-Speaking
Release Code Generation Page.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Please contact
purchasing with as much detail as possible to enable us to fully evaluate your claim.
