Working with Documents

The corresponding commands are:

Scroll Down

Opening Documents

If you have activated the software to add new commands, you can open documents by your voice.

This is done by entering the path to the document in the action box by simply clicking the "media/document" type button then click on the "Open a File" button. This will bring a common open file dialog for you to locate the document to be opened. Once selected, the path to the file will be entered automatically in the action box.

Accessing Buttons and Other Elements on Documents

You can create voice commands to allow you to press specific buttons on any Windows program. Simply move the mouse over the button and say the phrase: "Add Mouse Click".

Dictating into Documents
